Bircher Muesli

yogurt (one cup makes two portions)
one apple, grated
chia & linseed
sunflower or pumpkin seeds
roasted almonds or any nut of choice
dried cranberries
rolled oats
cinnamon
pinch of salt
grate apple
mix everything (around a tablespoon of each)
cover and refrigerate overnight
pre-made Bircher mix can work just as well – depending on what you like
